Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
We charge 50% of the total amount at the time of booking, the remaining balance must be paid up to 30 days before check-in. If you chose to pay by credit card, we ask that the cardholder also be the guest on the reservation. If you chose to pay by bank deposit, please see the details below:

Payment Policy
To guarantee reservation confirmation, we adopt the following payment conditions:
Reservations made more than 7 days prior to check-in:
The full amount of the stay will be charged to the card provided at the time of booking, or a bank transfer may be requested. This charge will be made 7 (seven) days after the reservation date.
Reservations made between 7 and 3 days prior to check-in:
In these cases, full payment will be charged 2 (two) days prior to the check-in date, by credit card or bank transfer.
Reservations made 2 days or less prior to check-in:
Payment must be made directly at check-in using the payment methods accepted by the property.
Failure to pay within the established deadlines may result in automatic cancellation of the reservation, without prior notice.

Changes and cancellations are not permitted after the reservation has been made, as the cancellation policy for this period is non-refundable. The total amount of the accommodation will be charged at the time of making the reservation and is non-refundable.
Up to 7 (seven) days after making the reservation, in case of cancellation, we will refund the full amount paid, based on consumer law.

Cancellation Policy
Our goal is to offer flexibility and transparency in your booking experience. Therefore, we have adopted the following cancellation policy:
Free Cancellation up to 7 days after booking:
Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge within 7 (seven) calendar days of the booking date. In this case, any amount paid will be refunded in full.
Cancellation more than 30 days before check-in:
After the 7-day booking period, if the cancellation occurs more than 30 (thirty) days before the check-in date, there will be no refund of the amount paid. However, guests may use the amount as a full credit to reschedule their stay for a new date within 6 (six) months of the cancellation date. The new date will be subject to availability and any rate differences.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in:
Cancellations made less than 30 (thirty) days before the check-in date will not entitle you to a refund or credit for rebooking.
