In this type of reservation, changes or cancellations to reservations will not be permitted. The cost of canceling or changing is 100% of the accommodation price.

Check-in and Check-out
Standard Check-in and Check-out Times
The check-in time at Villa do Vale Boutique Hotel starts at 3:00 p.m. Check-out must be completed by 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure.
Early Check-in and Late Check-out
We offer the possibility of early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability and confirmed only on the day of arrival or departure. These services may be subject to additional fees.

Required Documentation for Check-in
In accordance with Law No. 11,771/08, to check-in at Villa do Vale, guests must provide the following information when filling out the accommodation form:
Full name, CPF (or passport, in the case of foreigners), Identity document (RG or other official document with photo), Full address, Telephone number with area code, E-mail.

Minors and Accommodation Rules
According to Law No. 13,812/2019 and the Statute of Children and Adolescents (ECA, Art. 83), all children and adolescents under 16 years of age require judicial authorization to travel unaccompanied by their legal guardians outside the county where they reside.
The authorization can be issued by the parents or guardians themselves, by means of a private document with notarized signature. It can also be requested at the Children and Youth Court or at one of the Advanced Service Points.
In the case of minors staying with their parents, it is mandatory to present identification documents for the child and guardian at check-in.
• Children will be charged a fee of R$250.00 per day when an extra bed is requested.
• Between 0 and 5 years of age, when an extra bed is not requested, there is no additional charge and the child sleeps in the bed with the parents;
• Between 6 and 11 years old, when an extra bed is not requested, there is a charge corresponding to 50% of the value of breakfast and the child sleeps in the bed with the parents;
• Between 12 and 17 years old, for accommodation in the same suite, an extra bed is mandatory;
• Children's Cabin (For children up to 5 years old - recommended): R$ 180.00 per day.
• Crib is free of charge (size: 74 x 60 x 98 cm Mini Play Safety Crib)
