Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
After confirmation of the reservation it is necessary to be made the deposit of 50% of the total amount of the reservation to guarantee the blocking of the apartment. If payment is not identified within the time limit the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice. The rest of the amount is required within 24 hours before check-out.
Cancellation Policies
* Reservation subject to cancellation if payment is not made within 15 days;
* In cases of cancellation, with a period of more than fifteen days (high and low season) before check-in, the hotel will refund the amounts paid, deducting 10% for administrative fees;
* If cancellation occurs less than fifteen days (high season and low season) before check-in, the amount of the first night will not be refunded.
* All reservations are with a No Show guarantee, in case of no-show you will be charged the full amount for the reservation period.
* Policies subject to change depending on current tariffs.
WITHDRAWAL AFTER EARLY ENTRY/EXIT:
* Canceling your stay upon arrival or after checking into the hotel, as well as early departure for any reason will not entitle you to any type of refund, cash refund or credit for new nights, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid for the package or daily.
ON SHOW
* Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance of check-in time will result in a no-show.
* If there is a NO SHOW, the charge will be for the total period of accommodation.
* In the case of PACKAGES, the charge will be in full, with no right to any refund or letter of credit.
