1. Right of Withdrawal, Refund and Credit 1.1. In accordance with article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, the guest may exercise the right of withdrawal within a period of up to 7 (seven) days, counted from the confirmation of the reservation, provided that the contracting took place outside the commercial establishment, including via the internet, telephone, email or WhatsApp. 1.2. If the right of withdrawal is exercised within the legal period, the amount paid as a reservation guarantee (50% of the total value of the daily rates) will be fully refunded. 1.3. After the expiry of the 7 (seven) day period, the amount paid as a reservation guarantee will not be refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation. 1.4. After this period, the hotel may, at its sole discretion, grant the guest credit in the amount corresponding to the amount paid as a reservation guarantee, for use in a new stay within a period of up to 1 (one) year from the date of cancellation. 1.5. Any credit eventually granted: a) will be subject to accommodation availability; b) will not be converted into cash; c) will not be renewed after the expiration date. 2. Reservation Cancellation or Change 2.1. Cancellations or changes must be requested in writing and will only be accepted via email or the hotel's official WhatsApp; communications made by telephone or other informal means will not be valid. 2.2. For regular periods, the request must be made at least 7 (seven) days prior to the scheduled check-in date. 2.3. For special dates, long weekends, and peak season periods, the minimum notice period for cancellation or change will be 30 (thirty) days prior to the check-in date. 2.4. Date changes will always be subject to accommodation availability. 2.5. There will be no refund of payments made, except in the cases provided for in item 2. 3. No-show (Withdrawal without Cancellation) 3.1. The guest's failure to appear on the scheduled check-in date, without prior and formal notice, will be considered a no-show. 3.2. The accommodation unit will remain available for a period of 24 (twenty-four) hours, counting from the official check-in time. 3.3. After this period, the reservation will be automatically cancelled, with full retention (100%) of the amount paid, and the unit may be made available to third parties. 3.4. Under no circumstances will there be a refund of payments made in case of no-show. 4. Withdrawal After Check-in or Early Departure 4.1. Cancellation of stay after check-in, as well as early departure for any reason, including weather conditions, personal reasons, operational reasons or force majeure, will not entitle the guest to a refund, cash reimbursement or credit. 4.2. In these cases, the guest will be subject to the full loss of the contracted amount, referring to the package or the reserved daily rates. 5. By making the payment of the reservation guarantee, the guest declares to have read, understood and fully accepted all the conditions described herein, for all legal purposes.
