We only accept Credit Card payments from foreign guests. Always select PAYMENT TYPE "Credit Card" when proceeding to payment.
We do not accept Bank Transfer from abroad. If you have a Brazilian Bank account and wish to make a transfer contact us first.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellation is permitted if the request meets the following conditions:
Free cancellation up to 30 days before the check-in date. Within 30 days of the check-in date, the full price of the reservation will be charged and no cancellation or refund will be permitted.
By booking using this rate, the guest acknowledges and agrees to the above conditions.
