Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
It is possible to make your reservation in the following ways: 1. transfer / deposit in our bank account (Bradesco) of the full amount of your reservation with 5% discount; 2. or transfer / deposit in our bank account of 50% regarding reservation and payment of the balance on the day of check-in at the Pousada; 3. or with the credit card - We work with VISA, Master Card and Elo. The reservation will only be effected / confirmed before sending the voucher to the e-mail [email protected] and confirmation of the deposit or transfer, or after approval of the operator of the credit card (if you have opted for this modality of payment). IMPORTANT: The deadline to pay your reservation is up to 48 hours after this pre-booking has been made. If you can not make the payment in 48 hours, we kindly ask you to contact us. After expiration of this term the reservation will be automatically canceled.
Cancellation Policies
• It is possible to cancel your reservation within 7 days after formalizing the reservation payment. In this case, only the DOC fee will be charged if it has been transferred from a bank other than Banco Bradesco. • After this will be charged 25% of the amount deposited for the reservation (refund of 75% of the amount deposited). • We also have the option to leave the deposit made as credit for a next opportunity in which you want to stay with us according to the availability and rates of the new requested period. Need to contact by email or phone to book. • If you do not cancel or do not attend, there will be no refund of the amount deposited for the reservation.
