The Hotel will pay 100% of the stay at any time after making the reservation.

Cancellation Policies

No modification or cancellation is allowed after the reservation has been made. In case of no-show, 100% of the stay will be charged.

• Not combinable with other promotions / Reservation must be made 1 day in advance
• Does not include expenses not specified in the program, nor transportation.

General Policy

POLICY OF CHILDREN:
Each room type has a maximum number of children allowed.
The minimum age to check in is 18 years old.
Food and consumption of children under 4 years old is not included.
Children must be accompanied by their parents and all must have appropriate documentation. Minors travelling with third parties must present the authenticated parental authorization document.
AGE RANGES AND TARIFFES:
They will be considered children from 0 to 4 years old (Admission for free accommodation)
They will be considered children from 5 to 10 years old (Special rate for entry of minors)
Over 11 years old will be considered adults

PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS:
Cancellation Policy: At the time of Check-in, the corresponding value of the selected plan must be paid in full.
Low Season: Does not allow cancellation or refund. Free modification of the reservation will be allowed up to 48 hours before Check in, if you are unable to travel on the selected dates.
High Season: (Holidays, Easter/ Week of Recess / Christmas and New Year’s Eve / Kings)
It does not allow cancellation or refund. Free modification of the reservation will be allowed up to 5 days before Check in, if you are unable to travel on the selected dates.

The change may be made once to book up to 12 months after your date of purchase. Reservation is subject to availability and rate change.
Payment policy: After the booking has been generated, you will have a maximum period of 48 hours to make the payment. If no proof of this is received, it will be automatically cancelled from the system. If the stay is for the next 48 hours, payment must be made immediately.

EARLY CHECK IN:
Hotel Mocawa Resort may deliver your room before the scheduled time, however this option is subject to availability. In case of unavailability, we will be happy to store your luggage so that you can enjoy our facilities or visit the surroundings.

LATE CHECK OUT:
Delay your departure until 5pm for only $80,000 COP. With our Late Check Out service you can enjoy your Mocawa experience more. This service is subject to the availability of the Hotel. In case you need to leave later, the rate will correspond to the full rate.

EARLY DEPARTURE:
In the event that a guest anticipates their departure without notifying the hotel, 100% of the rate will be charged at the time of their Check Out.

MASCOTS:
Pets are not allowed in the Hotel

HUMO-FREE SPACE:
Breathe peacefully, the Hotel Mocawa Resort is a smoke-free space.

EXCEPTION OF VAT TAX:
Foreigners with a tourist visa, Andean card, Mercosur card and Colombians residing abroad will be exempt from paying the tax in both cases if they stay less than 90 days in Colombia or present at the Hotel a passport or document proving Entry Permit and Stay PT, PID, POA in accordance with the new regulations. If you do not comply with the above, you must make the payment of 19% at the time of Check in. Decree 297/2016 / Resolution 3167

EXCLUSION OF TAXES:
Accommodation reservations whose stay is before December 31, 2021 will be excluded from VAT. In the event that the guest needs to change their reservation for the year 2022, this benefit will no longer apply, even if the deposit is made in the current year. (Law 2068 / 31 December 2020)

SUMMARY:
You can exercise your right of withdrawal only in the case of off-site purchases made on our websites www.hotelesmocawa.com or www.hotelmocawaresort.com or at the telephone reservation centre. The request must be made to the email address [email protected], no later than five (5) business days after the confirmation of the purchase.
