Deposit / Guarantee Policies
The total amount of the stay will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking, with the option of interest-free installments. It is mandatory to present the same credit card used in the reservation at the time of check-in for confirmation of ownership, along with a photo ID. For virtual cards, present it through the card issuing bank's application. If it is impossible to present the same card, a new face-to-face payment will be requested.
Cancellation Policies
Reservations that allow cancellation up to 7 days before check-in, follow the policy below: - The guest has a period of 7 (seven) consecutive days, after requesting the reservation, to request cancellation, change of date or refund with full refund of amounts anticipated. The hotel will make the return within thirty days from the request. - After seven days after the reservation request, the guest can request the cancellation and the return of the anticipated values, under the following conditions:
- Request made up to fifteen days in advance of the check-in date at the hotel, you will have a full refund of the anticipated amounts, however a cancellation fee in the amount of R $ 30.00 (thirty reais) will be charged. The hotel will make the return within thirty days from the request.
- Request made fourteen to seven days in advance of the check-in date at the hotel, a letter of credit for the anticipated amounts will be provided. The letter of credit is valid for twelve months from the date of issue.
- Request made within 7 (seven) days of check-in at the hotel, you will not have to return the amounts paid in advance and to the Hotel, and you will not be entitled to a refund, letter of credit or any type of refund
