Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
In high season periods, we request a deposit of 100% of the reserved period (groups, excursions, individuals, legal entities without registration). When advance payment of the fare is requested, the amount paid in advance, i.e. the deposit, will be debited at the time of booking.
No-show (reservation not canceled/customer unable to arrive) will be charged in periods of high occupancy and/or when informed by our reservations department. Otherwise, we do not charge a no-show.
The hotel will be able to generate bank slips/invoices electronically for customers/companies upon presentation of updated, approved registration, free from financial and tax restrictions. Payment due in 20 days.
Cancellation Policies

Cancellation is free, in low season, according to the conditions mentioned at the time of booking.
On other dates:In periods of high season, when informed to the guest, cancellation can be made up to 3 days prior to your arrival. After 3 days a 100% cancellation fee is charged. The cancellation or change of your reservation depends on the conditions mentioned at the time of booking. We advise you to contact our reservations department (67) 2106-1000 or by e-mail: [email protected], for the cancellation of your reservation on time.
