Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
The reservation will only be confirmed after proof of 100% payment within 48 hours after the reservation request, via bank deposit or credit card, upon sending proof. After this period, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
After payment is confirmed, the inn will send the reservation voucher.
If the check in date is changed, it will only be made subject to availability and prior request via email, at least 30 days before arrival (except New Year's Eve). The current daily rate will be charged and, if there is a difference, it will be charged at check in.
In case of early departure, there will be no right to reimbursement for unused nights.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellations must be requested via email: [email protected] and will be subject to charges as described below:
Cancellations up to 61 days before arrival will be charged a percentage of 100% of the first night's stay, as well as taxes, fees and related expenses.
Cancellations between 60 and 30 days before arrival will be charged a percentage of 50% of the total reservation value, as well as taxes, fees and consequential expenses.
Cancellations made within 29 days or less or in case of no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
Promotional rates and also New Year's Eve and Carnival periods are non-refundable
