Payment Policy Non-refundable Rate:
The total cost of the accommodation will be charged to the card provided at the time of booking (in up to 6 installments without interest – minimum installment R$ 1,000.00).
The Hotel does not accept payments with third-party cards belonging to guests who are not staying at the hotel and reserves the right to cancel reservations that do not meet this criterion. THE CARD USED TO MAKE THE RESERVATION MUST BE PRESENTED AT CHECK-IN. No refunds will be given for cancellations made outside the deadline or for no-shows.
Cancellation Policies
Rate does not allow cancellation without charge after 7 days after purchase.
Cancellation after the deadline or no-show will be charged the total amount of the reservation already made.
In cases of early departure, no refund will be made.
O.B.S: According to Article 49 of Law No. 8,078 of September 11, 1990, the consumer may withdraw from the contract, within 7 days of signing it or receiving the product or service, whenever the contract for the supply of products and services occur outside the commercial establishment, especially by telephone or at home.
