Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Pix Rate Payment Policy:

This rate is only valid for full payment in advance via bank deposit or PIX. Payment must be made within 24 hours of booking. If payment is not made within the established deadline, the reservation will be automatically canceled and the rate invalidated. For a new reservation, the current rate will apply.

Cancellation Policies

Rate does not allow cancellation without charge after 7 days after purchase.

Cancellation after the deadline or no-show will be charged the total amount of the reservation already made.

In cases of early departure, no refund will be made.

O.B.S: According to Article 49 of Law No. 8,078 of September 11, 1990, the consumer may withdraw from the contract, within 7 days of signing it or receiving the product or service, whenever the contract for the supply of products and services occur outside the commercial establishment, especially by telephone or at home.
