Payment Policy: Payment must be made by deposit of 50% through guarantee in the credit card or deposit. The rest of the amount must be paid directly at the hotel upon check-in.

The deadline for cancelling reservations or changing the date of check-in at the hotel without charge*, i.e. with a full refund of the 50% deposit paid by the customer for the daily rates booked, is 7 days before the check-in date.
After this date, the amount paid will be retained as a fine, with no credit granted for later use.
In the event of a cancellation with at least 30 (thirty) days prior to check-in, the guest will receive a refund of 85% of the amount paid (excluding amounts spent on operating expenses and taxes) or credit on new nights, which may be used within a period of up to one year after the cancellation, observing the Hotel's price list. If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to the check-in date, the following fine will be deducted: From 29 to 15 days in advance 80% From 14 days to one week in advance 75% Less than one week in advance 70 % Less than 48 hours of check in time NO REFUND OF PAID VALUE
