Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
For confirmation and guarantee of the reservation, consider the following hypotheses: 01 - Sale in installments, the signal must be compensated and the other installments paid before check-in. 02 - For payment in checks and validation of the value of this form of payment, the credit must be approved. 03 - Sale on demand the total amount of the reservation must be compensated before the check-in 04 - Must present with the reservation and personal documents, filling in and signing the voucher when it is presented to you. 05 - UHs must be vacated, on the day scheduled for departure, according to check-out time, after which time will be charged a new full day. 06 - Any addition of value, increase of people, days or any increase in the value of the reservation contracted, the same must be received in cash or card. 07 - the default or default of one of the installments causes the contract to expire, which may be immediately charged in full.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellation is not allowed, in case of no-shows, full amount of the reservation will be charged.
