Cancellation Policies
Cancellation made within 14 (fourteen) days prior to the check-in date, the reservation will be refundable in full, or may be postponed to a future date, upon availability, with updated values for the requested period. After this deadline, cancellation is non-refundable. If all guests do not show up for the reservation of the room booked, we do not change rooms or rate values at the hostel.
