Prepayment in the amount of the first night at the time of booking confirmation.
Free cancellation/change up to 5 days before check-in.
In case of cancellation within the free period, the amount paid as a deposit will be refunded.
After this period there will be no refund of the first night.

If there is a need to cancel or change the reservation, the customer must communicate by email: [email protected], cancellation or change by telephone is not accepted. Withdrawal Policy without Prior Notice (NO-SHOW):
Failure to show up, without prior written notice, on the scheduled arrival date will be considered a “no show”. The vacancy will remain available for 24 hours, starting from the entry time. After this period, the reservation will be canceled with 100% of the amount paid retained. If a no show is guaranteed by credit card, the amount corresponding to the deposit requested at the time of booking will be debited.
