Deposit / Guarantee Policies
For individual guests and agencies:
The Hotel works with the prepayment system (Payment at the time of booking). All reservations must be paid in advance, via bank deposit or credit card.
For Operators:
Reservations will only be billed to Operators with pre-approved registration at the hotel.
The hotel gives itself the right to charge in advance to operators who do not have such registration,
to guarantee reservations.
The Operator must provide credit card details to guarantee the reservation or block the apartment.
Booking with noshow guarantee.
Expenses at the hotel:
To pay for expenses incurred at the hotel, we only accept CASH and DEBIT CARD.
Cancellation Policies
All reservations formally requested by email ([email protected]) may be canceled or rescheduled with a deadline GREATER than 7 days BEFORE the day of CHECK-IN (entry date) at the hotel.
• For requests with a deadline of LESS than 7 days from the check-in date, only RESCHEDULING will be accepted. And the client must also present a certificate proving the impossibility of the holder, spouse or dependent to attend on the scheduled date. Any fact other than this will be a mere tolerance of the hotel. There will be no refunds. If a certificate is not presented, and the customer does not show up on the scheduled date, it will be considered a NO-SHOW (no-show), and the customer will lose the full amount of their paid reservation.
IF THE CUSTOMER CANCELS WITHIN MORE THAN 7 DAYS AND CHOOSES TO REFUND THE VALUES:
• If you choose to refund the amount paid for the reservation instead of crediting it for another date, the hotel works with a minimum period of 120 days to reimburse 100% of the amount.
IF THE CUSTOMER CHOOSES TO REBOOK OR HAS HIS OPTION TO REBOOK PROVED BY A CERTIFICATE.
• The customer will have a credit for the amount paid to be used at a future date, paying more or less the difference, if any. If the value of the new package is lower, the value of the difference will be credited to be deducted from consumption or returned on the day of accommodation, that is, if the guest has a stay booked for a holiday and wants to come on a regular weekend. , you will receive credit for the recalculated difference, as a weekend costs less than a long holiday. This possibility also applies in reverse, because if you choose a package with a higher value, you will use the amount already paid as part of the payment and will only make a supplement to reach the value of the new package;
Withdrawal without cancellation – No show
Failure to show up on the scheduled arrival date, without prior written communication, will be considered no show (withdrawal without cancellation). The accommodation will be free for only 24 hours, from the stipulated arrival time. After this period, the reservation will be canceled, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid.
