The guest will be charged a prepayment of 50% of the total price after booking and the remaining amount within 5 days prior to arrival.

If the guest pays via bank deposit, payment must be made within 24 hours.

Cancellation Policies
The guest must pay 50% of the total price in case of cancellation after booking. If the guest cancels within 5 days prior to arrival, we will not charge a fine. After this period the price charged will be 100% of the total.
