Payment of the total amount (100%) at the time of booking via deposit/pix or credit card link sent by email.
Cancellation Policies
In case of no show or cancellations requested less than 10 days in advance of the entry date, there will be no 100% refund of the deposit.
Cancellation of the reservation during the period of accommodation will be considered the charge for the package in its entirety.
In case of reservation with a no show guarantee, the apartment will be available until 12pm on the day following the check in date, after this time it will be available for sale.
The deposit amount paid will not be refunded in case of no-show.
