- Cancellations by the guest will only be accepted with the written authorization of the guest, and must occur within 7 (seven) days of the reservation date. This will result in a refund of the amount paid, as per Article 49, caput and sole paragraph of Law No. 8,078 of September 11, 1990. - Cancellations may be made free of charge up to 15 (fifteen) days before the check-in date. In this case, if a deposit has already been made to guarantee the reservation, this amount may be used as a credit for another stay within a period of up to 1 (one) year. Refunds are not provided. - If cancellations are made within 15 (fifteen) days prior to check-in, the hotel will charge 30% (thirty percent) of the package negotiated for each apartment booked, according to the current rate.
