We request prepayment of 30% of the reservation value at the time of booking and the balance until the check-in date.

- Cancellations by the guest will only be accepted with the written authorization of the guest, and must occur within 7 (seven) days of the reservation date. This will result in a refund of the amount paid, as per Article 49, caput and sole paragraph of Law No. 8,078 of September 11, 1990.
- Cancellations may be made free of charge up to 15 (fifteen) days before the check-in date. In this case, if a deposit has already been made to guarantee the reservation, this amount may be used as a credit for another stay within a period of up to 1 (one) year. Refunds are not provided.
- If cancellations are made within 15 (fifteen) days prior to check-in, the hotel will charge 30% (thirty percent) of the package negotiated for each apartment booked, according to the current rate.

The daily rate starts at 3:30 pm and ends at 12:00 pm, failure to comply with these times will result in a new daily charge.
Entry and/or consumption of drinks that are not purchased at the hotel is not permitted.
If during the period of validity of the aforementioned tariffs there is any change in the country's economic policy, these tariffs will be suspended and renegotiated.
If any service in the purchased package is not used, no amount will be refunded.
