Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
Non-guaranteed reservations are confirmed in the system until 6:00 pm on the check-in date, after this period the reservation may be cancelled.
The maximum period for canceling reservations without additional charges is 48 hours before check-in.
For guaranteed reservations, in case of no-show or cancellation of the reservation within the established period, the first night will be charged in full.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellation Policy:
In compliance with the rules established by the sector body, EMBRATUR, in accordance with Normative Deliberation No. 165/95, the following is carried out:
• In case of early departure of the contracted daily rates, there will be no refund of the amount paid;
• Art. 49. The consumer may withdraw from the contract within up to 7 days after purchasing the reservation, as long as the request is sent before 24 hours prior to check-in. Cancellation requests must be sent to the email: [email protected]
• Cancellation allowed up to 24 hours before check-in.
• Cancellation after 24 hours before check-in will be considered a No Show.
