Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
It is necessary to indicate a credit card to guarantee the reservation and for additional services purchased.
The card must be in the name of the reservation holder. We do not accept third party cards.
The daily rates may be charged at any time after making the reservation on the indicated card.
We accept Master, Visa, Hiper and American Express and Dinners cards.
Special periods: Christmas, New Year's Eve, January, Carnival, Holy Week and National Holidays, the total amount will be charged at the time of booking confirmation.
There will be no refund in case of cancellation or no-show on the day of check-in.

Reservations above R$ 10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Reais), we will charge prepayment of only 01 daily guarantee; and the remaining balance is payable at check in.

Cancellations / Change of reservations: Deadline for cancellation in high season 20 days before check-in. High season: Free cancellation up to 20 days before check in. In case of late cancellation or non-attendance on the day of check in, 100% of the reservation will be charged. The daily rates may be charged at any time after making the reservation on the card informed. Special periods: Christmas, New Year, Carnival, Holy Week and National holidays will be charged the full amount of the reservation upon the confirmation of the reservation. There will be no refund in case of cancellation or non-attendance on the day of check in Important: For children in the reservation (and under 18 years of age), it is indispensable to present your documents, even if accompanied by parents.
On other dates:Cancellations / Alterations of reservations: Low season: 07 days before check-in. Low season: Free cancellation up to 7 days before check in. In case of late cancellation or non-attendance on the day of check in, the amount will be charged for one night's stay. The 1st night can be charged at any time after making the reservation on the card informed, the balance will be charged at check in. Important: In the case of children in the reserve (and under 18 years of age), it is indispensable to present your documents, even if accompanied by parents.
