Deposit / Guarantee Policies

For Operator who already have an agreement for billed payment, a contract clause is maintained. For Operators that do not have negotiation it will be necessary that within 48 hours after the request of the reservation is made the payment of 50% of the total value of the stay through bank deposit or ticket, for payments in credit card will be authorized through debit authorization completed and signed. If payment is not identified within the time limit the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.

Cancellations of reservations without a No Show charge will be allowed up to 15 days before the check-in date, cancellations after this period will be charged 50% of the total cost of accommodation. In case of NO SHOW, 50% of the total stay will be charged.

Cancellations of reservations without No Show charges will be allowed up to 20 days before the check in date, cancellations after this time will be charged the value of 50% of the total value of the lodging.

On other dates:

Cancellations of reservations without a No Show charge will be allowed up to 7 days before the check-in date, cancellations after this period will be charged 50% of the total cost of accommodation.
In case of NO SHOW, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
