For Cancellations:
Refund of the full amount, if canceled up to 30 days before check-in, minus the amount of the bank transfer (DOC or TED).
Last minute cancellations (except in cases of illness) we charge the amount of the daily rate that we are unable to sell.

Guidelines for staying at our guesthouse:

* We do not allow the use of barbecue grills or electric fryers in the inn, nor do they make them available.

* We do not allow pets.

** To ensure the peace of mind of all customers, we do not allow sound on the inn's premises. (car stereo, speaker, electronics in general, musical instruments, etc...) whether in the leisure area, rooms or any area of the inn, more information at our reception.

* All accommodations have a safe for laptops, tablets, jewelry, etc... The guest is responsible for their safekeeping.

* All visitors to our guests are welcome, but advance release requests are required at our reception. We do not allow visitors to bring in outside food or drinks.

• After 10pm, our reception will be closed until 6am the following day, so any request can be made to the security staff who will be available and will try to satisfy you.
