Deposit / Guarantee Policies

After confirming the reservation, 100% of the total amount will be charged to guarantee the blocking of the apartment, using the card details provided.

If payment is not identified within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.

Cancellation Policies

NON REFUNDABLE

- Up to 15 days from check-in: the total amount will be credited towards a new reservation.

- Between the 14th and 1st day of check-in: 15% of the amount paid will be deducted and the balance will be kept as a credit for a new reservation.

- On the day of check-in: there will be no credit or refund of the amount paid.


CREDIT USE POLICY

- Deadline: up to 24 months from the date of cancellation.

- Reservation subject to availability.

- It cannot be used on national and municipal holidays in the cities of Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, even in cases with original reservations on holidays.

- Credit value only for payment of daily rates, cannot be used for consumption.

- The credit value will be deducted from the value on the new date according to our website www.casamarparaty.com

- If there is remaining credit, the amount will continue as a credit for a new reservation respecting the original validity period (up to 24 months from the date of cancellation)
