• If there is a need to cancel or change the reservation date, the customer must communicate in writing (via email or WhatsApp) to the Hotel Reservations Center, cancellations or changes by telephone are not accepted.
• Changes in dates will be subject to availability and the daily rate will be charged according to the price for the period.
• Repentance: up to 7 days after the reservation is made:
• In the Consumer Protection Code (CDC), the rules regarding purchases made outside the commercial establishment, in its art. 49 are: Reservations made online and over the telephone, according to legal regulations, the consumer has up to 7 days after the purchase to cancel and is not even obliged to give a reason for doing so. In this case, all expenses related to the purchase must be reimbursed in full. Therefore, your cancellation rules must respect this standard.
• After 7 days of making the reservation:
• CANCELLATION FOR RESERVATIONS WITH ADVANCE PAYMENT: The cancellation policy instructed by EMBRATUR in accordance with Normative Deliberation No. 165/95, determines the following procedure:
• In case of early departure of the contracted daily rates, there will be no refund of the amount paid in advance.
• Cancellation more than 14 days before arrival at the Hotel (check-in), there will be a refund of 90% of the amount paid, or a letter of credit will be granted for 100% of the amount paid, to be used within a period of 12 months , observing the tariff at the time of future use.
• Cancellation between 14 and 7 days in advance of entering the Hotel (check-in), granting of a letter of credit in the percentage of 50% of the amount paid, to be used within a period of 12 months, observing the tariff at the time of the future use.
• Cancellation of 7 days less than 24 hours before entering the Hotel (check-in) or at the show** (no-show on the day of arrival), there is no refund/refund and there is no right to granting a letter of credit.
• **No show is a cancellation without cancellation, that is, when the guest does not show up at the hotel on the check-in date. The apartment will be available to the guest until the amount deposited in full nights is met (if there is a surplus, this will be retained by the hotel as a form of compensation), after this period the reservation will be cancelled.
