• At the time of booking, the full amount of the accommodation will be charged as a guarantee, which can be paid in up to 3 interest-free installments, with a minimum installment of R$400.00 (four hundred reais).
• If your card details are invalid or your balance is insufficient to pay in full, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
Note: It is mandatory to present the credit card at check-in in the name of the reservation holder or when completing the acknowledgment of use of the card by third party(ies). Request a document from our Reservations Center ([email protected]). If not presented at check-in, a new card will be requested upon arrival.

Cancellation Policies

• If there is a need to cancel or change the reservation date, the customer must communicate in writing (via email or WhatsApp) to the Hotel Reservations Center, cancellations or changes by telephone are not accepted.
• Changes in dates will be subject to availability and the daily rate will be charged according to the price for the period.
• Repentance: up to 7 days after the reservation is made:
• In the Consumer Protection Code (CDC), the rules regarding purchases made outside the commercial establishment, in its art. 49 are: Reservations made online and over the telephone, according to legal regulations, the consumer has up to 7 days after the purchase to cancel and is not even obliged to give a reason for doing so. In this case, all expenses related to the purchase must be reimbursed in full. Therefore, your cancellation rules must respect this standard.
• After 7 days of making the reservation:
• CANCELLATION FOR RESERVATIONS WITH ADVANCE PAYMENT: The cancellation policy instructed by EMBRATUR in accordance with Normative Deliberation No. 165/95, determines the following procedure:
• In case of early departure of the contracted daily rates, there will be no refund of the amount paid in advance.
• Cancellation more than 14 days before arrival at the Hotel (check-in), there will be a refund of 90% of the amount paid, or a letter of credit will be granted for 100% of the amount paid, to be used within a period of 12 months , observing the tariff at the time of future use.
• Cancellation between 14 and 7 days in advance of entering the Hotel (check-in), granting of a letter of credit in the percentage of 50% of the amount paid, to be used within a period of 12 months, observing the tariff at the time of the future use.

General Policy

NOTICE: In order to elevate your experience with us, our Pools and Lounge with games will undergo sophistication in their interior design from 09/25 to 10/05/2023. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

• CHECK-IN - Check-in time - 2pm.

• CHECKOUT - Check-out time - 12pm.

• If the guest does not show up for CHECKOUT by 12pm, a half-day rate will be charged and if the guest shows up after 7pm, a full night's stay will be charged (the extension of the guest's stay is subject to availability).

• Free Wi-Fi during your stay.

• EARLY CHECK-IN - If the guest arrives up to two hours before check-in (12pm) and has accommodation of the same category available, the reception may allow the guest entry, without extra charges for early entry. If the guest arrives before 12pm and the accommodation is available, the reception must charge half a day, informing the guest about the Early Check-in rule.

• Breakfast included in the daily rate, served from 6:30 am to 11:30 am.

• Alma Restaurante: opening hours from 7pm to 11:30pm for dinner, from Tuesday to Sunday. Information and reservations extension 10.

• Drink service available in the pool area and in the L1 lounge, from 12pm to 8pm.

• Children aged zero to two years old in the guardians' apartment will be accommodated in a crib and children aged three to seven years old will be accommodated in an auxiliary bed (free system).

• We do not receive/host animals of any type or size.

• Tele-delivery of food and drinks to the hotel is prohibited, except pharmacy, florist and laundry services.

• Parking is charged separately.

• We charge a 10% fee on services (room service, mini bar, pool bar/lounge L1).

• We charge a tourist tax of R$3.00 per day.

• Payments accepted: cash (R$), Pix, debit card, credit card (see installments), US dollar (US$) and euro (€) (quote of the day).

• We do not receive a check.

• Guests without identification documents such as ID, CPF or birth certificate are prohibited from entering.

• Minimum check-in age is 18 years old, except children accompanied by parents or guardians.

• Entry of minors under 18 is prohibited, even if emancipated by public deed of emancipation granted by their parents.

• Minors unaccompanied by their parents will only be allowed entry with a guardian/guardian upon presentation of a travel or guardian authorization.

• For security reasons, guest visits are only permitted in the ground floor reception lounge.

• 100% non-smoking hotel, in case of non-compliance by the guest, a fine of up to half a night's stay will be imposed for the infraction.

• The use of sound equipment within the hotel premises (corridors, social area and accommodation) is prohibited, such as radios, amplified speakers, sound systems and the like. In case of non-compliance, a fine of up to one night's stay for the accommodation will be imposed per infraction.

• Guests who disrespect good customs within the hotel premises will be subject to a fine of up to one night's stay for their accommodation, per infraction and, at the management's discretion, will be expelled using applicable legal measures.

• Disturbing the peace within the Hotel premises, such as talking too loudly, making noise that interferes with good coexistence with other guests, will result in a fine of up to half the daily rate of your accommodation.

• To maintain order, in the case of a guest who repeats violations of any Hotel rule, he or she may, at the discretion of management, be expelled using applicable legal measures.

• The consumption of food is prohibited in the pool and sauna areas.
