Dear Customer,
We would like to inform you about our payment policy for reservations at our establishment.
Payment will be charged no more than 14 days in advance of your reservation. At that time, you will be asked to pay only 50% of the total amount. The remaining 50% can be paid at the reception desk upon check-in.
However, we would like to point out that during holiday periods and special dates, the full amount of the reservation will be charged in advance. For New Year's Eve, the charge will be made 45 days in advance, corresponding to the total amount of the reservation.

Cancellation Policy - New Year's Eve
Free cancellation: If the cancellation request is made up to 45 days before the check-in date, the cancellation will be free of charge.
Cancellation after 45 days: For cancellations made after the 45-day period, a fee of 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
No-show: In case of no-show on the check-in day without prior notice, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
We recommend that, when making your reservation, you make sure of the availability of the chosen dates.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation: Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 15 days before the arrival date.
Cancellation within 15 days of arrival: If the cancellation is made within 15 days of arrival, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
Prepayment: A prepayment of 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged approximately 15 days before the arrival date. The remaining 50% must be paid at check-in.
Discount of: 13.00%
