**Cancellation, Changes and Refund** The Hotel acts under Article 49 of Statute 8.078/90 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code. According to this law, the consumer can cancel the accommodation within 7 (seven) days after purchase and receive a full refund of any payments made.
