The total amount of the stay will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking.
It is mandatory to present the same credit card used in the reservation at check-in to confirm ownership, along with photo identification. For virtual cards, present it through the card issuing bank's application. If it is impossible to present the same card, a new in-person payment will be requested.
Cancellation Policies
**Cancellation, Changes and Refund**
The Hotel acts under Article 49 of Statute 8.078/90 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code. According to this law, the consumer can cancel the accommodation within 7 (seven) days after purchase and receive a full refund of any payments made.
As well, we act in accordance with Decree 7,381/10, in its art.20, where we charge fines (total value of the reservation paid, i.e. 100% of the value of what was paid) for cancellation after the deadline or early departure, provided for in the chosen reservation policy, which is foreseen at the time of purchase in advance and accepted.
Changes to reservations are only valid for reservations purchased under the refundable policy and that are within 7 days before check-in, must be requested by email or via WhatsApp.
**Flexible Bookings*
They allow cancellation and change of reservation date up to 7 days before check-in.
Cancellation requests made within less than 7 (seven) days of check-in at the hotel, no-show (no-show, after the 7-day period the reservation becomes irrevocable with a no-show guarantee for the entire period. ) or Early departure (already staying), will not be refunded the amounts paid in advance and paid to the Hotel, and will not be entitled to a refund, letter of credit or any type of refund. You cannot change the date or names on the reservation.
