Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
For international operators, full prepayment by international credit card is required up to 7 (seven) days before the check-in date.
For national operators, you can choose 2 (two) types of payments:
- Prepayment in full by credit card up to 7 (seven) days before the check-in date or bank slip up to 15 (fifteen) days after the check-out date.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellation is possible up to 5 days in advance of the check-in date. Less than 5 days before the check-in date, 1 (one) daily rate will be charged.
