Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
• For cards with the MASTER or VISA badge, reservations up to R$600.00 can be paid in up to 3 installments, reservations from R$600.00 can be paid in up to 6 installments.
• For other card brands, reservations below R$600.00 we accept cash credit, reservations above R$600.00 we accept in up to 3 installments.
• We request payment of 50% of the total cost of accommodation, as a guarantee of the stay, to be made within 48 hours after the reservation request, in the form of a deposit into an account or prepayment by credit card;
• The reservation will only be confirmed after receipt of proof of deposit (via fax or e-mail) and confirmation of the same made by the hotel's financial department;
• The remainder must be paid at check in, any extra expenses must be paid at check out, by credit, debit card or in cash (we do not accept payments by check).

Cancellation Policies
• Reservation cancellation requests must be sent to the reservations department via email or telephone, respecting the deadlines set out below;
• Cancellations requested more than 14 days in advance of the check-in date will have a full refund or a letter of credit valid for 6 months (banking/financial administrative expenses will be deducted if any);
• Cancellations requested less than 14 days in advance of the check-in date will not be refunded the advance amount (50% of the stay);
• Cancellations requested on the date of arrival and at the show (no-show), we will charge 100% of the stay;
• Cancellation at check-in and advance check-out, there will be no discounts or refunds of the cost of accommodation;
• NO SHOW (no-show) the apartment will be available for rent 24 hours after the reserved and unused check-in date and time.
