The payment method is 100% in advance due to the high demand for reservations, it can be made by credit card in up to 10 installments or by Pix.
On other dates:
Reservations made through the Hotel website allow payment via credit card and will be charged at any time.
From 01/08/24 onwards, all bookings made after this date will be subject to an increase of 2.5% in relation to the ISS.
If the card is not authorized at the time of billing or if the card is invalid, we will attempt to contact the guest for advance payment. We will make three attempts using the contact telephone numbers and email registered in the reservation. If contact attempts are unsuccessful, the reservation will be canceled automatically.
IMPORTANT: The credit card holder must be one of the guests, as it will be necessary to present a photo ID along with the card used to make the reservation. If you do not have the credit card used at the time of booking at check in, we will have to cancel the transaction and charge again with a card in hand or payment via Pix.
REMINDER: Our check-in time starts at 2:00 pm and check-out time starts at 12:00 pm on the departure date.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellations made within the deadline, i.e., up to 7 days after the purchase date, will have a 7-day period for the card refund/return of the reservation deposit.
