Deposit / Guarantee Policies
The hotel will charge one night's rate on your credit card, as a guarantee of the reservation and the remaining nights must be paid at check-in. NOTE: During New Year's Eve, the hotel will charge the full cost of accommodation.
In the case of released billing, the invoice will be due 15 days after check-out or according to any agreements with specific channels.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellation High Season and Holidays (July to February - except New Year's Eve): - Free cancellation up to 05 (five) days before check-in, by email notification to Pauli Hotel via the following email address [email protected]. br.
- After this period, a fine will be charged in the amount of the first night in cases of cancellation and no-show (NO SHOW). In cases of early departure, the full amount of the reserved period will be charged.
-Return/refund within the deadline, up to 5% of the amount paid will be charged/deducted, referring to administrative fees from the financial sector.
-To make a reservation, it is mandatory to pay at least the 1st night as a guarantee.
From 18 / Apr / 2020 to Jul 12, 2020; 16 / Aug / 2020 to Dec.23 / 2020: 1 night penalty for cancellation 1 day prior to passenger entrance and / or NO SHOW.
