Cancellation Policies

New Year's Eve Reservations and Cancellation Policy:
For the New Year's Eve package, the amount must be paid in full by 11/30/2023 by bank deposit.
Cancellation requested by 11/15/2023 will be charged 30% of the Package value.
Cancellation requested between 11/16/2023 and 11/30/2023 will be charged 50% of the package value.
Cancellation requested after 12/01/2023 will be charged 100% of the package value.

There will be no refund of the 50% payment paid in advance if cancellation is requested less than 20 days before arrival.
