P.D: CANCELLATION POLICY:
I – In case of departure before the scheduled end date of the contracted accommodation (check-out), the value of the nights not used by the GUEST will not be refunded.
II – For reservation cancellation requests, VIDA SOL E MAR ECORESORT will adopt the following policy:
a) If the cancellation occurs less than 15 days prior to the guest's scheduled arrival date (check-in), the amount paid by the guest or tourism agent will not be refunded.
b) If the cancellation occurs between 15 and 30 days prior to the guest's scheduled arrival date (check-in), the equivalent of 30% (thirty percent) of the total amount paid by the guest or tourism agent will be refunded.
c) If the cancellation occurs between 31 and 59 days prior to the guest's scheduled arrival date (check-in), the equivalent of 50% (fifty percent) of the total amount paid by the guest or tourism agent will be refunded.
d) If the cancellation occurs more than 60 days before the guest's scheduled arrival date (check-in), 70% (seventy percent) of the total amount paid by the guest or tourism agent will be refunded.
e) These deadlines apply to the original reservation, if the reservation date has already been changed, you will not be entitled to a refund of any amount paid by the guest or tourism agent.
