By making the confirmation payment for your reservation, you automatically declare that you are aware of and agree to our policy.
Free cancellation up to 7 days after purchase.
Up to 30 days after purchase: 20% penalty on the total value of your reservation.
After 30 days from the purchase or no-show: non-refundable rate / 100% charge.
Change of accommodation dates: 10% surcharge on the reservation value. Changes only possible 30 days before check-in.
