Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
After confirming the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount must be made within 24 hours to guarantee the reservation of the apartment.
Credit card payments will be authorized via completed and signed debit authorization.
For payments via bank deposit, please contact the Pousada directly for details.
If payment is not identified within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.
For agencies and operators, after confirming the reservation, a deposit of 100% of the total amount must be made within 24 hours to guarantee the reservation of the apartment.
Cancellation Policies
9/18/2026 - 9/19/2026
For reservations made with NON-REFUNDABLE policies, the full amount (100%) of the nights will be charged at the time of booking and, if there is a cancellation/change, there will be no refund of the nights paid.
On other dates:Cancellation of reservations without a No Show charge is allowed up to 30 days before the check-in date, cancellations after this period will be charged 100% of the accommodation amount.
