Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
-After confirming the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total reservation value must be made within 48 hours to guarantee the lock of the apartment.
If payment is not identified within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.
- The remainder is paid at check-in in cash or credit or debit card.
- We pay the total amount in installments on your credit card, in up to 5 interest-free installments; Payment must be made in advance, on the day stipulated on the payment deadline;
Cancellation Policies
FOR CANCELLATION, PLEASE NOTE THE CONDITIONS BELOW:
-Cancellation requests less than 10 days will NOT be refunded the amount paid in advance;
-Cancellation requests exceeding 11 days will be refunded the amount equivalent to 90% of the advance;
ON SHOW
- Failure to show up without prior written communication within the deadlines described in this document, on the scheduled arrival date, will be considered a “no-show” (withdrawal without cancellation). The space will remain available for 12 hours, starting from the entry time.
After this period, the reservation will be canceled, making the place available to another interested party. The advance amount will not be refunded;
WITHDRAWAL AFTER ENTRY
-Cancellation of the stay after checking in, upon entering the inn, as well as early departure, due to a change in weather, or for any other reason, will not entitle you to any type of refund, cash refund or credit in new dailies.
