Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
For the confirmation of the reservation, it is necessary to make the payment referring to 50% of the total value of the reservation, being able to be in deposit or in the credit cards.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellation is free as long as it is requested up to 15 days in advance of the check-in date, otherwise 100% of the accommodation price will be charged.
In accordance with Embratur's normative deliberation no. 161 of 08/09/1985, in case of cancellation the percentage amount to be refunded will be:
- Up to 15 days before the check-in date: 100% of the amount paid will be refunded at no cost.
- And 15 days until the date of check in or no-show: The amount paid will not be refunded.
Changes to the check-in date will only be accepted up to 15 days before the trip, subject to any price difference (if any) and subject to availability.
