Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
After confirmation of receipt of the reservation will be required to be made in payment of 50% of the stay and the rest upon arrival, if the card details are incorrect or are not sent within 02:00 hours the reservation will be automatically canceled. In case the guest wants to make the payment in bank deposit, the same should contact the Pousada to request banking data. The reservation will only be confirmed with confirmation of payment.
Cancellation Policies
If the guest cancels their stay within 07 days after the purchase, the same will be canceled with exemption from fees. In case the guest cancels the reservation after 07 days of the camp, in which the payment of the reservation has been made in card or bank deposit, will be made the cancellation with a charge of 25% fee referring to the credit card and bank fees. In case of non-attendance on the first day of the stay, the same will be considered No Show, the cost will be 100% of the total amount of the stay.
