Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt by the Pousada after crediting our account as a result of the deposit or transfer of the total amount or at least 50% of it, within 24 hours from the date of sending to the bank or successful debit on the customer's credit card.

If the credit does not occur within 24 hours, the apartment will be released for sale to another interested party. If the deposit is not made within the defined period and the future guest is still interested, the Pousada must be consulted in order to check whether there is still availability during the period. The deposit should only be made if authorized by the Pousada, in order to avoid overbooking.

In the case of international operators, prepayment must be made using a virtual card.

Cancellation Policies

In case of cancellation, there will be no refund of amounts already paid. They will be converted into credit to be used within the period
06 months as long as the guest defines a new accommodation date at the time of cancellation, observing the price of the rate at the time
chosen and criteria to follow, unless regret occurs and the cancellation request is made within 07 (seven) days after the
making the reservation. In this case, the amount paid to guarantee the same will be returned with deduction of the amounts corresponding to taxes and
existing financial expenses. (e.g. credit card expenses/taxes).

1. In case of early departure, no refund of the amount already paid will be made.


2. Cancellation made up to 15 (FIFTEEN) days before the date of accommodation, the customer will receive a credit for accommodation worth 50% of the
advance payment, the remaining 50% will be considered a fine and operational charges.

3. Cancellation made less than 15 (FIFTEEN) days before the date of accommodation, the customer will not be entitled to credit, the advance amount will be considered as a fine and operational charges.

4. If there is no attendance (NO SHOW) on the established date, no refund will be made. ATTENTION IN CASE OF NO SHOW THE APARTMENT WILL BE
POSTED FOR SALE THE DAY AFTER THE SCHEDULED ENTRY DATE (check in)
