Cancellation Policies
Cancellation Policy:
In accordance with Normative Resolution No. 165/95 of EMBRATUR, our cancellation policy is as follows:
Early Departure: In the event of early departure of the contracted daily rates, there will be no refund of the amount paid.
Reservation Cancellation:
Cancellation Deadline: The consumer may cancel the contract within 7 days after confirmation of the reservation, provided that the cancellation request is made 24 hours before check-in.

Non-Refundable Reservations: Reservations made as non-refundable are not subject to changes or cancellations with refunds.
