Cancellation Policies
Cancellation Policy
No-Show: In the event of a no-show for a guaranteed reservation, 100% of the first night's stay will be charged. The remainder of the reserved period will be automatically canceled, except in cases where specific conditions have been previously negotiated.
Cancellation/Changes: Cancellations and changes may be made free of charge, provided they are formally requested by email by 12:00 p.m. (noon) on the day of arrival. The email address for sending the changes is: [email protected]. In previously negotiated situations, specific deadlines or personalized confirmation and guarantee conditions may apply.
Reservation Guarantees: Reservations made without advance payment will be held until 6:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. After this time, they will be subject to availability.
