Deposit / Guarantee Policies

The credit card used for booking may be charged at any time after check-in. This modality does not allow changes or cancellations.

Net rates with payment invoiced, upon approved registration with the hotel. If your registration is not cleared, prepayment of the reservation will be requested for confirmation.
Payment for private reservations: We confirm your reservation subject to acceptance of payment authorization by your bank or card issuing entity. We also reserve a period of up to 72 business hours after booking for any cancellation by the Hotel, whether due to changes in rates, availability, or human error.
Via Bank deposits or Credit Card Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, Rede Shop, Mastercard and Maestro.

Cancellation Policies

Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before check-in. After this period, the full amount of the reservation must be paid.

If the total charge for the stay has been made to the credit card prior to 7 days before arrival and the customer wishes to cancel the reservation, we request that you contact the Reservations Department.

In case of no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
