Cancellation Policies
Law No. 16,559 of January 15, 2019 - Article 112;
• Cancellation without penalty for cancellations up to 31 (thirty-one) days prior to the check-in date;
• A penalty of 100% of the total amount paid for the reservation will be charged in case of cancellation 30 (thirty) days or less prior to the check-in date;
• For reservations requested less than 31 days before check-in, the cancellation period without charge is 7 days after confirmation. If this limit is exceeded, a penalty of 100% of the reserved period will be applied.
• In case of no-show by the consumer without prior notice of cancellation, the full amount of the reservation will be charged;
• For reservations that include national, state, or municipal holidays determined by law, a penalty of 100% of the total amount paid for the reservation will be charged in case of cancellation 30 (thirty) days or less prior to the check-in date.

Free Cancellation: You can cancel at no cost, with a full refund, provided the request is made 90 days or more before the check-in date.
Cancellation with Penalty: For cancellations requested less than 90 days before the check-in date, there will be no refund. A penalty of 100% of the total amount paid for the reservation will be charged.
Right of Withdrawal (Reservations made less than 90 days in advance): If you make your reservation less than 90 days before check-in, you will have 7 days from the reservation confirmation to cancel free of charge. If this 7-day limit is exceeded, a penalty of 100% of the value of the reserved period will be applied.
Holidays: This rule applies fully to reservations that include national, state, or municipal holidays determined by law: cancellations made less than 90 days in advance will result in a penalty of 100% of the total amount.
No-show: If the guest does not appear on the scheduled date without prior notice of cancellation, the reservation will be cancelled and the full amount will be charged (100% retention of the amount paid).

No-show: In case of non-attendance by the consumer on the scheduled date, the amounts debited from the card or deposited will not be refunded, being retained in full.
