Deposit / Guarantee Policies
- We accept payment via Credit Card, Bank Deposit and PIX. - Accepted brands of debit/credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Elo. - Card purchases with the option to pay in installments will be charged with INTEREST per installment. - When paying via CREDIT CARD, it will be necessary to fill out a debit authorization attached with the holder's documentation. - To make the reservation, prepayment of 100% of the reservation value is required at the time of booking. For alternative payment terms, via deposit or pix, consult our reservations team. - To begin accommodation, all amounts must be PAID within 24 hours before check-in. - The reservation will lose any active discount if the initial payment method is changed to another.
Cancellation Policies
Law No. 16,559 of January 15, 2019 - Article 112;
• Cancellation without penalty for cancellations up to 31 (thirty-one) days prior to the check-in date;
• A penalty of 100% of the total amount paid for the reservation will be charged in case of cancellation 30 (thirty) days or less prior to the check-in date;
• For reservations requested less than 31 days before check-in, the cancellation period without charge is 7 days after confirmation. If this limit is exceeded, a penalty of 100% of the reserved period will be applied.
• In case of no-show by the consumer without prior notice of cancellation, the full amount of the reservation will be charged;
• For reservations that include national, state, or municipal holidays determined by law, a penalty of 100% of the total amount paid for the reservation will be charged in case of cancellation 30 (thirty) days or less prior to the check-in date.

Legal Basis: Law No. 16.559 of January 15, 2019 - Art. 112
Cancellation without penalty: Valid only for cancellations requested more than 7 (seven) days prior to the check-in date.
Cancellation with penalty: A penalty of 100% of the total amount paid for the reservation will be charged in case of cancellation made 7 (seven) days or less prior to the check-in date.
Last-minute reservations (Check-in up to 7 days): For reservations made 7 (seven) days or less prior to the check-in date, there is no deadline for free cancellation. In case of withdrawal or cancellation, a penalty of 100% of the value of the reserved period will be applied.
No-show: In case of non-attendance by the consumer on the scheduled date, the amounts debited from the card or deposited will not be refunded, being retained in full.
Payment Methods
The full amount of the accommodation will be debited or must be deposited immediately upon completion of the booking.

The card used for payment of the daily rates will be requested at check-in.
If the cardholder does not stay at the hotel, a new payment will be requested with a physical card on site, and the previous payment will be refunded.
