Deposit / Guarantee Policies
- We accept payment via Credit Card, Bank Deposit and PIX. - Accepted brands of debit/credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Elo. - Card purchases with the option to pay in installments will be charged with INTEREST per installment. - When paying via CREDIT CARD, it will be necessary to fill out a debit authorization attached with the holder's documentation. - To make the reservation, prepayment of 100% of the reservation value is required at the time of booking. For alternative payment terms, via deposit or pix, consult our reservations team. - To begin accommodation, all amounts must be PAID within 24 hours before check-in. - The reservation will lose any active discount if the initial payment method is changed to another.
Cancellation Policies
Please consult our website on the "policies" page for complete information regarding deadlines and how to request each change. In the case of inability to attend on the original reservation date, we offer the following options for reservation alteration/cancellation:
RESCHEDULING - The arrival date is changed to a NEW date without any charges, provided that the reservation's original settings remain identical (number of nights, number of guests and age range, room category, and tariff period).
CREDIT VOUCHER - A credit voucher is generated with the remaining balance for future use towards a new reservation. Additional costs may apply.
CANCELLATION - Used to cancel the entire reservation, with the possibility of incurring cancellation fees:
Cancellation without costs when requested up to 60 days before check-in (start of the stay), except for reservations during the following dates: New Year's (December 27th to January 2nd), Carnival (February 9th to February 14th), and National Holidays. Please refer to the "exception dates" section for specific deadlines.
CANCELLATION FEES: If the alteration and/or cancellation occurs between 59 and 45 days before check-in, a retention fee of 20% of the total value of the reservation will be charged, covering administrative costs and cancellation compensation. If the alteration and/or cancellation occurs between 44 and 30 days before check-in, a retention fee of 60% of the total value of the reservation will be charged. If the cancellation occurs within 29 days before check-in, a retention fee of 100% of the total value of the reservation will be charged, and no refund will be issued.
EXCEPTION DATES: For New Year's (December 27th to January 2nd), Carnival (February 9th to February 14th), and National Holidays, cancellation will be free of charge if requested within 7 days after the purchase (as provided by the Consumer Defense Code) or up to 120 days before check-in. For cancellations requested between 119 and 90 days before check-in, a retention fee of 30% of the total value of the reservation will be charged. If the cancellation occurs between 89 and 45 days before check-in, a retention fee of 50% of the total value of the reservation will be charged. If the alteration and/or cancellation occurs between 44 and 30 days before check-in, a retention fee of 70% of the total value of the reservation will be charged. If the alteration and/or cancellation occurs within 29 days before check-in, a retention fee of 100% of the total value of the reservation will be charged, covering administrative costs and cancellation compensation, and no refund will be issued.

TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP - Transfer of reservation ownership to third parties, in the form of rescheduling or credit voucher.
💡 Prepaid amounts are non-refundable if canceled outside the aforementioned deadlines. The lodge is not obligated to provide refunds, conversion to credit vouchers, or reservation rescheduling, except in fortuitous events as provided by law.
⚠️ In situations where the operation of the establishment is hindered due to events considered force majeure or fortuitous events, such as closure orders by the authorities, severe weather conditions, floods, tsunamis, hurricanes, earthquakes, pandemics, power outages due to electrical network issues, lack of water or sewage supply due to supply network problems, or any other event that falls under force majeure or fortuitous events, preventing the provision of the contracted services, it will not be possible to carry out the services.
