Deposit / Guarantee Policies

- Payment in full with installments without interest, in the Visa, Mastercard and Amex cards, at the time of booking. The amount of installs depends on the total value of the package.
- In case of reservations with 7 or less days prior to check-in, 50% will be charged at the time of booking and the remainder upon arrival of the guest to the hotel, with the same payment condition being paid in both payments.
- We do not accept payment on third party cards.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellations up to 15 days before the check-in date: full refund of the value already paid or credit letter for future use within 90 days following the cancellation date.

Cancellations between 15 and 5 days before the check-in date: Refund or a credit letter referring to 50% of the amount paid for future use within 180 days following the cancellation date.

Cancellations within four days of the check in date: no refund, nor credit letter

"No show" policy

If a customer fails to check-in before 7 am of the day following the check in date, without previous written confirmation of cancellation, it will be considered a “no show” for that night. In the case of longer stays, the apartment will remain available to the original customer for 24 hours after declaring the no-show, and then made available for resale. In the case of a ‘no show’, no refund of the value already paid is due to the customer The hotel may opt, by exception, to provide a partial refund at its sole discretion in case of a successful resale of the apartment.

Cancellation/shortened stay after check-in

If, for any reason, a customer decides to leave the hotel prior to the check-out date specified in the confirmed reservation, the full value for the original reservation period will be due to the hotel. No refund or credit letter will be granted to the customer in such circumstances.

If special discounts, non-standard payment terms or other awards are granted to the customer at the time of the reservation, which are subject to the existence of certain pre-conditions, and the reservation is subsequently altered by the customer, the special price/payment terms/awards initially granted will only apply if the pre-conditions of the initial reservation continue to be met by the altered reservation.

How to cancel a reservation

The customer should solicit all cancellation requests in writing, by sending an email to the following address: [email protected]. The official “cancellation date” with respect to our cancellation policies (see specific section) will be the date the hotel receives the cancellation request email. Phone inquiries about cancellations, not followed by a written solicitation, will not be considered valid.

In case of a valid cancellation for which a refund is due, it will be executed through the same payment instrument used by the customer for the reservation, credit card or wiring of funds, net of transaction costs (i.e. credit card commissions or bank wiring costs).
